Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund. 

Product Condition: To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. The items will be subject to inspection upon return before a refund is processed.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering any transportation or shipping costs associated with returning the item. Nairobi City Thunder will not reimburse these costs.

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-14 business days.
