Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering any transportation or shipping costs associated with returning the item. Nairobi City Thunder will not reimburse these costs.

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-14 business days. Nairobi City Thunder reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not comply with the above conditions.
